SMAC was an artistic vision for many years before becoming a reality. This space is a true labour of love and after months of searching and planning, we began transforming a charming warehouse into a space for people to create and gather.

Combining a minimalist aesthetic with the rawness of the original space then to maximise flexibility, we’ve added features such as a moveable wall, gallery hanging system, lounge area and kitchen space.

The result is a collective of creative studios in a versatile light-filled space which is available to hire for events from small to large.
